2. Speaking Engagements

Enquiries and booking

Submitting a speaking enquiry via this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A speaking engagement is only confirmed when both parties have agreed terms in writing and any required deposit has been received.

Fees and payment

Speaking fees vary depending on the nature, duration, and location of the engagement. Full fee details will be provided in response to your enquiry. Payment terms will be set out in the speaking agreement issued on confirmation.

Cancellation by the client

• —Cancellation more than 28 days before the engagement: deposit is non-refundable; no further fee is due
• —Cancellation between 14 and 28 days before the engagement: 50% of the total agreed fee is due
• —Cancellation within 14 days of the engagement: 100% of the total agreed fee is due

Cancellation by Victoria Taylor

In the unlikely event that Victoria Taylor is unable to fulfil a confirmed engagement due to illness or circumstances beyond her control, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule. Where rescheduling is not possible, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

Content and editorial control

Victoria Taylor retains full editorial control over the content of all talks and presentations. Specific requirements or topics must be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Last-minute changes to agreed content cannot be accepted.

3. The Tunnel Series Books

The Tunnel Series is written and self-published by Victoria Taylor. All books in the series are the intellectual property of Victoria Taylor, published under her own imprint and operated through Mindset + Mastery Ltd.

Purchasing books

Books may be purchased directly through this website or through linked third-party retailers. Where you purchase through a third-party retailer, that retailer's own terms and conditions apply to the transaction.

Returns and refunds for direct purchases

Physical books purchased directly through this website may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital books are non-refundable once accessed, except where the product is faulty.

Victoria Taylor speaks on trauma, survival, resilience, and recovery. Her content draws on personal lived experience and is delivered with professional care and expertise. It may be emotionally activating for some audiences.

It is the responsibility of the event organiser to ensure content is appropriate for their audience and that appropriate support resources are available. Attendance at a speaking event does not constitute entry into a therapeutic relationship.
