TRIUMPH RECLAIM

A Mindset + Mastery Programme

YOU

For You

Trauma Recovery Programme for Women

You are in the right place.
You always were.

You have done more than people realise just to get through each day. You have not given up. You have just never been offered something built for where you actually are. This programme was designed by women who understand, because they have been where you are now.

For Participants

You Might Be Wondering

Is This for Me?

If you have a chronic health condition, a trauma history, or both, and you want to work but something keeps getting in the way that nobody has properly addressed, then yes. This programme was built for you. Not adapted for you. Not sort-of designed with you in mind. The only programme of its kind, built for you from the ground up, by two women who have been where you are.

You do not need to be ready for a job right now. You do not need to have a CV or know what you want to do. You do not need to be "fixed" or "recovered." You just need to be ready to begin. That is a very different thing, and it is enough.

Many of the women who come to TRIUMPH RECLAIM have already done therapy. They understand their patterns. They have done real work on themselves. What they have not had is a programme that takes all of that self-knowledge and turns it into a working life they can actually sustain.

If that sounds like you, keep reading. This page will tell you exactly what happens, what to expect, and who will be with you along the way.

Your Journey

Seven Phases Over 26 Weeks

The programme runs for 26 weeks across seven phases. Each phase builds on the one before it. You will not be rushed. You will not be pushed into anything you are not ready for. Every step happens at the right time because the programme was designed that way.

R
PHASE 1 OF 7

Readiness

Feeling safe. Building trust. Knowing this is a place where you can be honest.

E
PHASE 2 OF 7

Empowerment

Understanding who you are beyond what happened to you. Your story becomes your strength.

C
PHASE 3 OF 7

Capacity

Learning to work with your energy, not against it. Building a life that your body can sustain.

L
PHASE 4 OF 7

Launch

Your CV, your plan, your skills. Built on everything you have learned about yourself.

A
PHASE 5 OF 7

Action

Searching, applying, interviewing. With your practitioners alongside you, not behind you.

I
PHASE 6 OF 7

Integration

In work, and the support gets stronger, not weaker. This is where most programmes stop. We do not.

M
PHASE 7 OF 7

Mastery

Not just employed. Thriving. Planning your future on your own terms.

What to Expect

How the Programme Works

Here is what the 26 weeks actually look like in practice. No surprises. No hidden expectations. Just clarity about what you are walking into so you can feel safe before you begin.

01

A small group of women on the same journey

You will join a cohort of up to twelve women. Every one of them understands something about what you have been through, because they have lived their own version of it. The group becomes a source of strength you did not know you needed.

02

The same two practitioners from start to finish

You will not be passed between different workers. From your very first session to your graduation, the same two associate practitioners are with you. They know your story. They remember what matters to you. You do not have to start again.

03

Group sessions and individual sessions

The programme includes both group sessions where you learn and grow alongside your cohort, and individual sessions where the focus is entirely on you. The mix changes as the programme progresses, but you always have both.

04

Support that stays when you start working

When you find work, the programme does not stop. It actually increases the support around you, because starting a job when you have a health condition or a trauma history is its own challenge. You will never be left to manage that alone.

05

No pressure to be "ready"

The first two weeks are entirely about building safety. Nobody will ask you to write a CV or talk about jobs until you are genuinely ready. The programme knows the difference between pushing someone and meeting them where they are.

06

Virtual attendance if you need it

If your health makes it difficult to attend in person on a particular day, you can join virtually. That counts as full attendance. The programme was designed around the reality of fluctuating health, not around an assumption that every day is a good day.

We Understand

Things You Might Be Worried About

Every woman who has considered this programme has had some version of these thoughts. You are not the only one. And none of them are reasons not to come.

I have tried other programmes before and they did not work.

That is exactly why this one was built. TRIUMPH RECLAIM was designed specifically for women whose needs were not met by standard provision. It starts where those programmes ended too soon, moves at a pace your body and mind can sustain, and does not withdraw support the moment you get a job.

I am not well enough to commit to something every week.

The programme was designed around fluctuating health. Virtual attendance is always available. Your practitioners understand that some weeks are harder than others. You will not be penalised for having a bad day. You will be supported through it.

I do not want to talk about my trauma in a group.

You are never asked to share anything you are not comfortable sharing. The group sessions focus on building skills, confidence, and connection. The deeper personal work happens in your individual sessions with your practitioners, at your pace, on your terms.

I do not know what kind of work I want to do.

That is perfectly fine. The programme does not start with jobs. It starts with you. By the time you reach the phases that focus on employment, you will have a much clearer sense of what kind of work fits your values, your health, and your actual capacity.

I am scared I will fail.

You will not fail this programme, because this programme does not fail people. If something is not working, your practitioners adjust. If you hit a setback, the support intensifies. The programme was built to hold you through the difficult parts, not to let go when things get hard.

Who You Will Work With

Two Practitioners. Your Practitioners.
From Start to Finish.

Every cohort is assigned two associate practitioners who stay with them from Session G1 through to Phase M. The full 26 weeks. No handovers. No starting again with someone new. The same two practitioners, built on trust, carrying you through. The programme was designed by two women who each hold one half of your experience: Victoria Taylor holds the trauma specialism, and Stephanie Brown holds the chronic illness specialism. Both halves are in every phase. Because your experience is not just one thing, and you have never needed a programme that treated it as though it was.

Every practitioner who delivers TRIUMPH RECLAIM is trained, supervised, and quality-assured by Victoria Taylor and Stephanie Brown, the two women who designed and built this programme. They hold clinical accountability for every cohort.

Victoria Taylor

Victoria Taylor

Co-Creator and Programme Director, Trauma Specialism

Victoria knows what complex trauma does to a woman's confidence, her sense of self, and her belief that she deserves a future, because she has been that woman. She survived it, rebuilt from it, and then made it her life's work to ensure no woman has to navigate that journey alone. When she says she understands, it is not a professional phrase. It is the truth.

Stephanie Brown

Stephanie Brown MSc

Co-Creator and Programme Director, Chronic Illness Specialism

Stephanie knows what chronic illness does to a woman's ambition, her career, and her belief that she can have a working life when her body fights her every day, because she has lived that reality for nearly two decades. She never stopped. When she says the programme was built around what your body actually needs, it is not a design principle. It is a decision she made from her own experience, so no woman has to create those tools alone the way she did.

Your practitioners will know your story. They will remember what matters to you. They will be there on the hard days and the good ones. That consistency is not a nice-to-have. It is the reason this programme works.

Getting Started

What Happens Next

If you are reading this and thinking it might be for you, here is what the first steps look like. Nothing happens without your say-so. Nothing moves faster than you are comfortable with.

If the current cohort is full, you will not be forgotten. You will be placed on our Screened Reserve list, which means you have already passed screening and are provisionally accepted for the next available place. You will receive a welcome call and information pack so that when your cohort begins, you are ready and connected.

01

Someone refers you

A professional who knows you, perhaps a support worker, a GP, a therapist, or a careers adviser, makes a referral. You can also ask someone you trust to refer you on your behalf. You do not have to be ready for this. You just have to say yes to the first step.

02

We call you

Within a few days of your referral, a TRIUMPH RECLAIM practitioner will call you personally. This is not an assessment. It is a conversation. You can ask anything. There is no wrong question. This is the moment you realise this programme is different from everything you have tried before.

03

You begin when you are ready

You receive an information pack before you start. You know exactly what to expect. On your first day, you join your cohort and Phase R begins. The first two weeks are about feeling safe. That is all.

Not quite ready yet?

That is completely okay. Visibly Her CIC is a free peer support community for women with chronic illness in SE London and online across the UK. A safe and warm space to find your footing at your own pace. No referral needed.

You have already done the hardest part.

You survived. You kept going. You found this page.

This is the moment where something different becomes possible. Not because you are fixed. Not because you are ready in the way the world usually means ready. But because you are here, and that is enough to begin. Get in touch today. A practitioner will call you. That is all that needs to happen next.
